Reuters: Microsoft will soon make a tempting offer to Sony so that the deal with Activision Blizzard will be approved by regulators

The deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard has become more complicated in recent months due to certain factors. Much of this has been facilitated by Sony, which has been working hard not to lose Call of Duty on Playstation.
