Nightdive Studios on the System Shock remake page has indicated new release dates for the game. The release of the updated Immersive sim should take place in March 2023.

Here's What We Know

There gamdesigners of the System Shock remake also talked about some of the game's innovations:

• To get to the new locations, the player must scan the maps;
• Citadel Station has been slightly redesigned;
• In the later stages of the game gamers will face new types of enemies;
• Diego will appear several times during the development of the story;
• The authors have updated the effects for weapons, including the plasma rifle.

A remake of Warren Spector's famous game will be available on PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

The new version of System Shock will keep the gameplay unchanged, while the audio and visuals will be completely redesigned to meet all modern requirements and features.
