Star Wars: Jedi Survivor will have fast movement
According to GamesRadar, Respawn Entertainment, which is developing the long-awaited sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, said in an interview with Play Magazine that the game will include fast movement on the planet. Also, the game will add creatures that can be ridden on horseback for those who want to do it faster but still want to travel in the real world.
Here's What We Know
If Jedi: Survivor is like its predecessor, you will visit several planets with their own story and quests, but each of which will relate to the central thread of the plot. The planets will have different sections and paths, some of which will only become available to you after you have learnt certain skills. The passage area on certain planets can be quite large, and fans have often complained about having to manually return to the ship when they are deep inside the area.
According to game director Stig Asmussen, players will be allowed to move between points on the same planet, but not between planets, which actually makes sense.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is due out on 28 April 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
