Space prison gets even more horrific: The Callisto Protocol has a higher difficulty mode
The developers of The Callisto Protocol from Striking Distance Studios have released another update for the horror game.
Here's What We Know
The game now features an increased difficulty mode, which will make the initially challenging game even tougher.
In Hardcore Mode players have significantly fewer resources, ammo and money available, and the enemies will become stronger, there will be many more of them, and their mutations will be faster.
After completing the standard Hardcore Mode campaign, gamers will have access to a harder version, New Game+.
Hardcore Mode is already available on all platforms.
On top of that, gamers will receive additional achievements, and those buying the season pass will receive a special The Outer Way skin pack.
On top of that, the developers have also fixed a number of The Callisto Protocol bugs, such as localisation and ray tracing.
