Complicated dilemmas and far-reaching consequences: The developers of The Expanse: A Telltale Series reveal details of the game and show new gameplay footage

A short trailer for the game based on the popular series The Expanse recently appeared online.

Now the developers from Telltale and Deck Nine have presented a detailed gameplay trailer with comments from game designers.

Here's What We Know

The developers told that The Expanse: A Telltale Series has a huge number of situations in which the player has to make difficult choices. As an example, the video showed the moment when the main character Camina Drummer is deciding what to sacrifice: extremely valuable cargo or legs of her partner, who is stuck in the airlock.

Game designers have noted that such episodes will be "grey", as players' choices will always be complex and ambiguous, and each one will have far-reaching consequences.

As with all Telltale games, The Expanse has unhurried and measured gameplay, with plenty of characters and dialogue.

When We Can Expect It

A release date for The Expanse: A Telltale Series is not yet known, the game is expected to be released in 2023 on PC and unnamed consoles.
