Baldur's Gate 3 gets updated increased system requirements

It's been four years since Larion Studios announced Baldur's Gate 3, so it's no surprise that it's actually quite a long time for a game. Therefore, it is not surprising that the game's system requirements have increased compared to those that the developers set when they started development.

So to play Baldur's Gate 3 on different graphics settings you need:

Minimum:

• Processor: Intel Core i5-4690 or AMD FX 8350;
• RAM: 8 GB;
• Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 970 or MSI RX 480 (4 GB of video memory);
• Storage: 150 GB;

Recommended:

• Processor: Intel Core i7 8700K or AMD R5 3600;
• RAM: 16 GB;
• Graphics card: Nvidia 2060 Super or MSI RX 5700 XT (8 GB of video memory);
• Storage: 150 GB;

In addition, you will need 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 and DirectX 11. The developers also added that the game can potentially run on weaker configurations, but this may negatively affect the user experience.
