Adults only: The Australian Classification Commission has given Starfield an age rating of R (18+)

Not much information is known about the Starfield RPG, but thanks to the Australian grading committee we've learned that Todd Howard's ambitious game will make heavy use of drugs, lots of violence, brutality and foul language.

But the nudity in Starfield was described by experts as "light".

In addition, the Australian commission identified some "moderately important themes" that are picked up in Starfield. What is meant by that has not been revealed.

Overall, Bethesda's space RPG is rated R/Restricted (18+).

When We Can Expect It

The developers recently announced Starfield's release date: September 6. The game will only be available on PC and Xbox, and will immediately appear in the Game Pass catalogue.
