Zack Snyder has revealed that a role-playing game in the universe of the sci-fi film Rebel Moon is currently under development

In the podcast The Nerd Queens, Zack Snyder revealed that an RPG game set in the universe of the sci-fi film Rebel Moon is currently in development.

Here's What We Know

The director said that he did not know whether he was allowed to talk about it at all, but Zack always wanted to take part in the development of a role-playing game. He also added that the RPG in the Rebel Moon universe is going to be very large-scale. However, it is unknown when we will hear more details about this project.

Flashback

The film Rebel Moon tells the story of a peaceful colony located on the outskirts of the galaxy. But its existence is threatened by the army of the tyrant Balisarius. The colony sends Kora, a young woman with a mysterious past, in search of warriors from neighbouring planets to assemble a team and fight back against tyranny.

Rebel Moon will be released on Netflix on 22 December 2023. Back in the spring, Zack Snyder said that he didn't want to limit himself to one film, but wanted to create a whole franchise. Therefore, the news about the development of the game coincides with the director's vision for his project.
