Huge success for Capcom: 3 million copies of Resident Evil 4 remake sold in first two days of release

The remake of Resident Evil 4 was released on March 24th and was an instant hit.

The game topped the Steam sales chart for the past week and became the most successful release of the franchise on the Valve shop.

The success of the remake confirms the developers themselves. On their official website Capcom revealed that the Resident Evil 4 remake has sold 3 million copies in the first two days of release (sales on all platforms are counted).

This is an excellent figure and there's no doubt that the game will be a long-lasting success.
