The developers of Final Fantasy XVI have announced that the new installment of the famous franchise has "gone for gold".

After this news, fans of the game can be sure: Final Fantasy XVI will be released on June 22.

Final Fantasy XVI will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive for at least six months, after which it may be released on PC.
