Chinese collector buys a skin for an AK-47 in CS:GO for $400,000
Last week, Chinese collector Luksusbums was able to purchase skins for the AK-47 assault rifle and Karambit knife for half a million dollars. He was helped in this by a streamer from Denmark under the nickname zipeL.
Here's What We Know
Case Hardened skin for AK-47 assault rifle cost $400,000. It appeared in CS:GO nearly 10 years ago (summer 2013). The skin has Team Titan stickers from the EMS One Katowice 2014 tournament.
I just completed the second largest trade in CS history! Sold these two on behalf of @Luksusbums

As for the knife, the Case Hardened look cost the collector $100,000. The Karambit stands out for its unusual blade colour (pattern 387). Note that the sale is for an identical knife with little wear and tear, and the price is $1.5 million.
To conclude, we should add that the deal was not a record-breaking one in the history of the game. For example, in early summer 2021, another Chinese collector purchased the same skin for the AK-47 paired with an AWP sniper rifle and Dragon Lore guise for $776,000.
