During the ESL One Berlin Major Dota 2 tournament final, Valve has revealed the first details of the world championship of the game.

Here's What We Know

The twelfth Dota 2 World Championship will take place from October 14-29 in Seattle. This is the city where Valve is headquartered and where The International 2023 will be held for the seventh time, so we can be sure that the audience will have a great show.

At the moment the prize pool for The International 2023 is $1.6 million, but as always this amount will be increased many times over with the proceeds from the sale of the Battle Pass.

Only two teams have secured their ticket to The International so far: Gaimin Gladiators (GG) and Team Liquid.

While the reigning champion remains Tundra Esports, which was the strongest at The International 2022 held in Singapore.
