A new trailer for Like A Dragon was shown at the Xbox Game Showcase: Infinite Wealth

The development of the Yakuza series continues, and now Like A Dragon was shown in a strange trailer at the Xbox Game Showcase: Infinite Wealth, which was previously known as Like A Dragon 8:

Here's What We Know

We got our first glimpse of the game at Tokyo Game Show 2022, when a short teaser was shown, where the main characters Kasuga Ichiban and Kazuma Kiryu met under the recognisable red sign in Kamurocho. This new trailer gave us a glimpse into the next chapter of Ichiban's life, where he wakes up naked on a public beach.

The trailer featured characters being shocked and surprised to see Ichiban unknowingly walking around naked after being washed ashore, which may indicate that the events are not taking place in Kamurocho but in Hawaii.

The trailer didn't show the gameplay, but we can assume that it will include turn-based battles typical for Yakuza: Like A Dragon.

When We Can Expect It

Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth is due out in early 2024 for PC, Xbox Series, and (most likely) PlayStation 5.
