There's less and less doubt: Rockstar Games' website has uncovered another strong piece of evidence that an updated version of Red Dead Redemption will be announced soon
Dataminer and insider Tez2 has discovered another indirect evidence that Rockstar Games will soon release an updated version of the famous western Red Dead Redemption.
Here's What We Know
Tez2 analysed the changes in the source code of Rockstar Games website and found out that the developer re-uploaded the old Red Dead Redemption logo and added "RDR1RSP" marking, which, according to the insider's version, can stand for Red Dead Redemption Rockstar Presents or Red Dead Redemption Remaster Single-player.
If the second option is true - the crime action game will be released without multiplayer mode.
The information itself is not an absolute confirmation of RDR remaster/remake release, but in combination with other information, for example, about the new age rating of the game in South Korea, there are reasons to believe that the 2010 western is preparing for re-release on modern platforms.
In addition, respected journalist Colin Moriarty is confident that the game will be announced in August.
Rockstar's new site update, live an hour ago, added a new reference within the games list.
