Final Fantasy XIV is coming to the Xbox Series! Square Enix and Microsoft have announced a close partnership

During the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival 2023 event in Las Vegas, some interesting and unexpected news was revealed.

Here's What We Know

Square Enix and Microsoft are pleased to announce that the multiplayer RPG Final Fantasy XIV will be coming to Xbox consoles.

Since its release, Final Fantasy XIV has only been available on PC and PlayStation, but in 2024, the game will be coming to US consoles as well.

Open testing of the Xbox Series version is scheduled for spring 2024.

Square Enix CEO Takashi Kiryu said:

Starting with the announcement of Final Fantasy XIV in Spring 2024, we plan to make our games available on Xbox as soon as possible so that players around the world can enjoy them.

Final Fantasy XIV came out in I can't remember what year and was met with harsh criticism. But over time, the developers took into account all the comments and wishes of players and gradually managed to bring the game to excellent quality, thanks to which at the moment the MMORPG is very popular.
