It's official: nine big-budget Warhammer universe games are in development, with four of them yet to be announced

In 2023, the Warhammer universe celebrates its 40th anniversary.

Despite such a venerable age, every year it attracts more and more attention from the public. This is eloquently confirmed by Games Workshop's financial report, in which the company reported record profits - the highest since its founding.

But in the dry report there is information that will interest gamers much more.

Here's What We Know

At this point, it is known that five games based on the Warhammer universe will be released soon:

  • Space Marine II;
  • Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin;
  • Speed Freeks;
  • Warpforge;
  • Rogue Trader.

However, the Games Workshop report says that there are nine games in development!

Consequently, there will be a few more announcements at the next big shows, such as gamescom, and maybe even all four.
