The developers of the GTA Online and RDR Online fan server creation toolkit have officially joined Rockstar Games

Fan servers for GTA Online are very popular. Many of them are created with the help of tools developed by a collective of enthusiasts Cfx.re.

Here's What We Know

The Cfx.re team has released FiveM and RedM programmes, which are necessary for creating roleplay servers in GTA Online and RDR Online.

Game developers from Rockstar Games appreciated Cfx.re's work so highly that they offered the team to join the studio.

The Cfx.re team will now work with the financial and technical support of Rockstar Games, but will retain creative freedom and independence.

The talented developers have stated that they will be working on existing projects, but it is possible that Rockstar Games will commission them to develop the online elements of GTA VI.
