Huawei Mediapad X3 with Fingerprint Scanner
In April Huawei is going to announce new P9 smartphones and a tablet Mediapad X3 (PLE-703L). LTE version is already avaialble at the TENAA certification site. Guessing from the photo digged, the tablet will have a polycarbonate body with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Huawei Mediapad X3 features 7-inch 1920x1200 px display, powered with an 8 core processor clocked at 1.5GHz (both Qualcomm and MediaTek offer chipsets with the specification), 2GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage and a microSD card slot. The device offers a 13Mpix rear camera with LED flash and a 5Mpix front camera. The size of the device is 187.4x105.8x8.2mm and weight is 253.8 g. The OS of the tablet is supposed to be Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Information about the release date is not available. Nevertheless Huawei presented their brand-new high-end Huawei MateBook (Windows based) at MWC 2016.
