Insider: hit RPG Baldur's Gate 3 is coming to iPad Pro, iPhone 15 Pro and even iPhone 16 Pro next year
Baldur's Gate 3 was undoubtedly not only the best game of 2023, but also one of the most breakthrough RPGs in the genre's long history. The game was first released on PC, then it was released on consoles, but that's probably not the end of its porting history.
Blogger Dame Tech (DameTechChannel) has reported a rather sensational news, which has not yet been reported by more titled insiders.
Here's What We Know
According to Dame Tech, a mobile version of Baldur's Gate 3 will be released for Apple devices in early 2025. He believes that the RPG from Larian Studios will release on the iPad Pro, the iPhone 15 Pro, and even the iPhone 16 Pro.
I got a tip that Baldur's Gate 3 may see an early 2025 release for the iPad Pro and possibly iOS (iPhone 15 Pro & 16 Pro). With all of the exclusive AAA PC ports brought to the App Store, will the app store overtake Android's Google Play Store in 2025 for mobile gaming? pic.twitter.com/nhPQj01LQl

Of course, it's impossible to judge the veracity of this information yet, but more and more high-end PC and console games are being released on mobile devices. Resident Evil Village, a remake of Resident Evil 4, Death Stranding, and Hades (for Netflix subscribers only) have been ported in just under a year, with Assassin's Creed Mirage joining the list on 6 June.
Due to its genre, Baldur's Gate 3 is somewhat inferior technically to the aforementioned games, so the information from Dame Tech doesn't seem unrealistic.
