When Apple plans to release a stable version of iOS 16.2 with new features

Last week Apple released iOS 16.1 and started testing iOS 16.2. Now there is information when the stable version of the system is released.

When We Can Expect It

According to insider and Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, Apple is going to release the update to iPhone owners in mid-December.

With the iOS 16.2 update, iPhone users will get a cross-platform collaboration app called Freeform. With it you'll be able to create notes, sketches, drawings and more. The system will also get Live Activities support for sports activities, as well as a widget for the lock screen with sleep indicators.
