Apple has released a stable version of iOS 17.2 with the Journal app and other innovations

Apple, after a month of testing iOS 17.2, has released a stable version of the system.

Here's What's New About It

The update contains many small but useful changes. The main innovation of the software is the Journal app. It was announced with iOS 17 back at the WWDC 2023 conference. With the help of the programme, users can record their daily activities and thoughts. Apple offers additional prompts that can be used as inspiration.

Also, iOS 17.2 contains improvements for Apple Music, Apple TV, Weather, Messages and Siri. In addition, developers have added the ability to launch a translator using the Action Button, a new Digital Clock widget, the ability to record Spatial video for Apple Vision Pro using the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, and more.

When We Can Expect It

The update has already started rolling out in waves to all supported iPhone models worldwide. The firmware weighs in at over 1GB.
