Kingdom Come: Deliverance II developers told about the funny difficulty modifiers in hardcore mode

Developers from Warhorse Studios presented details of the hardcore mode, which will soon appear in the RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Here's What We Know
Gamers will be offered ten modifiers that will affect different elements of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 gameplay and significantly complicate it.
Gamers will only be able to select three perks before starting the game:
Sore Back - load capacity is reduced and when you bend down to pick something up, there is a chance that the hero will injure his back and will hobble for a while.
Heavy gait - your shoes wear out faster and you make more noise.
Stupidity - all experience is accumulated 20% slower.
Sleepwalking - you lose energy faster and when youfall asleep, there is a chance that you may find yourself in an unfamiliar place in your dreams, even places you can't get to by other means.
Starvation - In addition to the usual effects, starvation also lowers Eloquence, Charisma, and Intimidation scores. In addition, any food satiates 20% less and your digestion rate increases by 50%.
Sweaty - you give off an unpleasant odour, causing you to be smelled from twice as far away and easier to detect. Perfume has no positive effects: the stench just can't be masked.
Picky - Your pickiness causes all food in your inventory to spoil 25% faster. When gutting animals, you also become more picky and only get half of the meat and other items.
Shy - you can't ask people for directions, so you have a harder time navigating. Also, you are shy to talk to girls in the bathhouse, so you can't ask them for all the favours. Eloquence skill development is also slower.
Nasty face - meeting travellers on the road is more dangerous, as well as getting into a fight. In addition, enemies never give up and are more confident, making fights more difficult.
Threat - the stigma gained for a crime stays forever, and if you are caught for any other serious offence, it will result in execution. Furthermore, guards will punish you more severely, and the consequences of those punishments will be more severe.
It is already known that in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 hardcore mode there will be no map markings, navigating by compass will become more difficult, and fast travelling will be unavailable.
When We Can Expect It
The hardcore mode is currently being tested and will probably appear in the game in one of the next patches and will definitely be free.
