Avatar: The Way of Water overtakes Titanic at the box office to become the third highest-grossing film of all time

Avatar: The Way of Water continues to hit global screens.
The film has been hugely popular with audiences for two months now, with box office receipts exceeding $2.2 billion.
That allowed the Part 2 to overtake another James Francis Cameron cult film, Titanic, and now The Way of Water is third highest-grossing film in cinematic history, behind only the first Avatar film ($2.92 billion) and Avengers: The Endgame ($2.799 billion).
