The first trailer for Marvel's Echo series, which is a sequel to Hawkeye, has been released

Marvel Studios has released a new trailer for the upcoming Echo series from director Sydney Freeland.

Here's What We Know

The series is a direct sequel to "Hawkeye," where the main character first appeared, and a prequel to the upcoming "Daredevil" reboot.

Series Overview

The show will tell about Maya Lopez - a deaf athlete known as "Echo". The girl is a former mafia leader who is able to copy other people's movements perfectly. The series will show her journey from antagonist to crime fighter.

According to rumours, "Echo" will be the first series from Marvel with an 18+ rating, apparently because of the large number of violent scenes.

Alaqua Cox has been cast in the lead role.

When We Can Expect It

"Echo" will premiere on 10 January 2024 on the Disney+ streaming service.
