A Spider-Man horror film is being made where Peter Parker will be played by The Walking Dead's Chandler Riggs
The Walking Dead's Chandler Riggs will play a version of Peter Parker in the upcoming Spider-Man fan film, which will apparently be a horror film.
Here's What We Know
The title and plot of the film have not yet been revealed, but it is known that it will be a horror film based on Marvel's Spider-Man characters, including Peter Parker, Uncle Ben, Aunt May, Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane.
The creator of the upcoming Spider-Man horror is Andy Chen. He is also the writer and director. Chen is documenting the entire process of creating the project and one of his videos about the filming has racked up an impressive 3.6 million views on TikTok.
I don't know if this has made the rounds of Twitter yet but a guy I saw on TikTok named Andy Chen who is doing a Spider-Man fan film with Walking Dead star Chandler Riggs as Peter Parker. pic.twitter.com/Y2I7FSaRP6

The filmmaker is also known for his short horror films, which are available on his YouTube channel. He recently released his latest project called Talk To Me, which is about a group of teenagers who start seeing ghosts in the form of hallucinations after experimenting with drugs.
It's worth noting that this isn't the first time Riggs has auditioned for the role of Spider-Man. In 2018, the actor told Comic Book magazine that he even auditioned for the role of the main character in Spider-Man: Homecoming, but it went to Tom Holland.
As a reminder, Chandler Riggs is known for his role in the popular series "The Walking Dead" where he played Carl Grimes, the son of the main character Rick, and one of the long-running characters in the popular AMC show. However, Riggs left the series after the eighth season, following the death of his character from a dead man's bite. According to Riggs himself, leaving the show was not his decision, but due to the storyline.
