The second instalment of the action thriller Nobody is in development
It looks like the action film Nobody is about to be back soon with a sequel.
Here's What We Know
Several years after the release of the first part and various rumours from crew members about a sequel, Nobody star Connie Nielsen has finally confirmed that a sequel is on the way.
"Yeah, we are doing it but I can't tell you anything about it yet", Nielsen said.
For obvious reasons, nothing more is known about the sequel. Nielsen will presumably be joined by Bob Odenkirk, who played a special agent who is tired of his everyday life.
Last year, Odenkirk, known to many for his role as a corrupt lawyer from "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul," said that he believes a second part is inevitable after the success of the first film.
Nobody screenwriter Derek Kolstad revealed that he and Odenkirk were already thinking about potential directions for the franchise before filming on the project began. That said, Kolstad emphasised that the second and every subsequent part is only possible with Odenkirk bringing a lightness to the character and putting his heart into it.
