Star Wars script forgotten by Harrison Ford in London sold at auction for a tidy sum
A fourth version of a Star Wars script that once belonged to Harrison Ford, who played Han Solo, was recently sold at an online auction. According to information, Ford forgot the script in his rented flat in London, and the new owner received more than $13,000 for it.
Here's What We Know
The script, dated March 15, 1976, was the fourth version of the original Star Wars script. The pages were reportedly incomplete, but did contain some iconic scenes, such as Chewbacca's first appearance. The title of the script is "The Adventures of Luke Starkiller" and it was sold to an Austrian collector for over $13,000.
Harrison Ford is no longer starring in Star Wars films, but he will soon be seen in another Disney-owned franchise, the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor will play Thaddeus Ross, a role previously played by William Hurt.
Ford has already starred in Captain America: Brave New World, and while many suspect that he will turn into the Red Hulk in the film, the actor himself claims to know nothing about it.
When asked if we can expect Red Hulk to appear in Brave New World, Ford said that "it may or it may not". However, recent reports suggest that Ford is merely playing ignorance, and the Red Hulk will in all likelihood indeed be in the film.
Apparently, we'll have to wait until 14 February 2025, when "Captain America: Brave New World" is scheduled to premiere, to find out the truth.
