The Bad Boys 4 film will be hitting screens earlier than expected
It is reported that the release date of the comedy action film starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence "Bad Boys 4" moved a week earlier.
Here's What We Know
Sony Pictures has announced that "Bad Boys 4," which will be broadcast in IMAX format, has been moved to June 7, although it was previously scheduled for June 14.
We weren't given a reason for the postponement, but now Bad Boys will have to compete with The Crow and The Watchers rather than the animated Inside Out 2.
Here's What The Movie Is About
Plot details for the fourth Bad Boys film are being kept under wraps for now, except that it will continue the adventures of Mike Lowry and Marcus Barnett and is described as a "culmination" of many of the franchise's storylines that have entertained audiences over the past three decades.
The film is also yet to have an official title, although co-director Adil El Arbi has hinted at a Bad Boys: Ride or Die option.
The ensemble cast will also include Vanessa Hudgens as Kelly, Alexander Ludwig as Dorn, Paola Núñez as Captain Rita Secada, John Salley as Fletcher and Tasha Smith as a reimagined Teresa Barnett.
