Microsoft has begun rolling out an update to Phone Link that adds support for iOS devices

Microsoft has started distributing a new version of Phone Link, which now fully supports iOS devices. iPhone owners will be able to send and receive messages via iMessage, make and receive calls, and view notifications from their phones on a PC or laptop. The only feature that users may miss is photo synchronisation. But it's already supported in the Windows 11 Photos app, so it's only a matter of time before Phone Link adds it.

Microsoft released a preview version of this update earlier this year, and now it's slowly rolling out to users. The app is currently available in 35 languages in 89 countries. The company assures that all Windows 11 users will receive the update by mid-May.

If you want to try Phone Link, make sure you're fully updated in the Microsoft Store on Windows 11, open Phone Link, and scan the QR code from your iPhone to pair it with Windows. Once paired, you'll need to enable Bluetooth contact sharing on your iPhone, turn on "show notifications", and allow system notifications to be sent to your PC via Bluetooth. Once that's all set up, you're all set.
