Motorola Razr 40 has a new firmware version: updated security patch and improved branded apps

Motorola continues to improve the Razr 40 clamshell by releasing a new software version for it.

Here's What We Know

This is the second system update since the device's release. The firmware has received Google's August security patch as well as updated branded apps. For example, Calendar, Clock, Moto Display, etc.

Apart from this, the developers have fixed bugs in the system and also optimised the autonomy, performance, Face Unlock feature, game mode and camera of the device.

When We Can Expect It

The system has already started rolling out to smartphones in waves.
