Nothing Phone (1) got Nothing OS 1.1.6 with Google AR Core support and a new security patch

Nothing continues to improve its only smartphone Phone (1) with software updates.

Here's What We Know

The developers of Nothing have released new firmware for the device. The system came out with the Nothing OS build number 1.1.6 and contains a September security patch that closes many software vulnerabilities. In addition, the smartphone with the update got support for Google AR Core, 5G for Indian operator Reliance JIO, and an improved camera. The company's developers also fixed bugs in the firmware, optimized the interface, added more Glyph animations and much more.

When We Can Expect It

Nothing OS 1.1.6 update weighs about 62 MB and has already started rolling out in waves to devices around the world.
