Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 instead of Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, and 1.5K BOE display - OnePlus Ace 2 Pro specs revealed

OnePlus introduced the Ace 2 and Ace 2V smartphones powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Dimensity 9000 chips in the first quarter of 2023. They will soon be joined by the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro model.

Here's What We Know

Chinese insider Digital Chat Station reports that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor and a 1.5K display, which "will have something new". The manufacturer of the screen is BOE.

The other key features of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro are expected to be the same as what the Ace 2 offers buyers. If so, the smartphone will get a 5,000mAh battery, a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP main camera and a 16MP front-facing module.

The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro's launch date and price has not yet been specified. The OnePlus Ace has hit the market in three memory variants priced between $400 and $500.
