We have already published a video of the spectacular destruction of the T-90M "Breakthrough". As it turned out, it was one of 25 targets that the Ukrainian Defence Forces managed to destroy in a few days.
Here's What We Know
The company of anti-tankers of the 66th separate mechanised brigade for four days managed to hit 25 Russian tanks, including the already mentioned T-90M. This was reported by the Commander of the Ground Forces Alexander Syrsky.
All tanks were hit in the east of Ukraine in the Luhansk region. What other combat vehicles were destroyed, unfortunately, is not specified. But most often on the battlefield are T-72 and T-80 of different modifications.
According to Oryx, the Ukrainian Defence Forces managed to destroy, damage or capture more than 1,200 T-72 tanks over 600 T-80 tanks. In total, analysts counted 1,542 destroyed, 132 hit and 138 captured combat vehicles, meaning the total share of T-72 and T-80 is more than 75 per cent.
