During another mass shelling of Ukraine on 7 February, the Russian army used the new Kh-69 cruise missiles for the first time.

The information was shared by The War Zone publication, as well as the monitoring group @war_monitor_ua. In addition, Telegram channel @war_home published a fragment of one of the downed missiles (there were 3 missiles in total). By the way, the X-69 is part of the armament of the fifth-generation fighter Su-57. Most likely, the missiles were fired from this aircraft.

The Kh-69 is a Russian low-observable air-to-ground cruise missile. The Kh-69 is a development of the Kh-59 missile. It is designed to engage land-based stationary targets and surface objects that have no radar, infrared and optical contrast to the surrounding background. The mass of the X-69 warhead is 310 kg. The range of the missile can reach 290 kilometres.
