An hour of Phantom Liberty gameplay in 4K and a huge amount of details about the expansion for Cyberpunk 2077: YouTube has published a recording of the latest edition of REDstream
In the hustle and bustle of the huge number of shows at gamescom 2023, gamers might have overlooked CD Projekt RED studio's broadcast dedicated to the Cyberpunk 2077 innovations that will appear in the game with the release of the Phantom Liberty expansion and the free 2.0 update. Therefore, the Polish developer published a recording of the broadcast on YouTube a little later.
Here's What We Know
On REDstream, the developers showed a lot of gameplay footage and gave details about how Phantom Liberty will change Cyberpunk 2077.
The addition will:
- add new weapons and vehicles;
- change the skill system;
- rework the effects of implants;
- add vehicles with built-in heavy weapons (machine guns, rocket launchers, etc.);
- change the system of police response to crimes;
- introduce a lot of new content, locations, events, quests.
On the stream showed and the events that begin the story of Phantom Liberty.
When We Can Expect It
Phantom Liberty will be released on 26 September 2023 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC. You can start playing the add-on as you progress through the main game or go straight to it from the Cyberpunk 2077 start menu (as you did in The Witcher 3).
