Overpopulation of Night City: CD Projekt Red reveals that Phantom Liberty sales have reached 3 million copies and Cyberpunk 2077 - 25 million

CD Projekt Red has published information about the total number of copies of Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty sold. In 3 years, the Polish studio has sold 28 million copies.

Here's What We Know

A week after the release of Phantom Liberty, 3 million copies were sold. It also became known that $63 million was spent on development and $22 million on marketing. As for the original Cyberpunk 2077, the game was purchased 25 million times in 3 years. Recalling what happened at the release in 2020, it was hard to imagine that the game would still be able to rehabilitate, but fortunately, it did. And now the population of Knight City is almost 30 million.
