100 million hours of viewing: EA Sports FC 24, Baldur's Gate 3, and Starfield are the most popular releases of Q3 2023 on Twitch

Analytical portal Streams Charts has published a ranking of the most popular games on Twitch that were released in the third quarter of 2023. However, the portal takes into account only the first two weeks after the release, as some games were released more than a month ago, while others appeared recently.

Here's What We Know

The most popular game was EA Sports FC 24. On 22 September, the football simulator was released in early access and received 4.7 million hours of viewing on the first day. Also on the first day, the game was simultaneously broadcast by more than 6,000 channels. In the first two weeks, EA FC 24 gained 37.6 million hours of viewing.

Baldur's Gate 3 was in second place. It was released on 3 August, and 5,300 channels broadcast it that day. And in the first two weeks, the game gained 34.9 million hours of viewing. And while EA FC 24 was watched in different languages, Baldur's Gate 3 was mostly enjoyed by the English-speaking audience.

The third place was taken by Starfield, which collected 6.5 million hours of viewing in one day and was broadcast on more than 10 thousand channels simultaneously. In total, the game gained 33.63 million hours of viewing.

CS 2 (33.61 million hours of viewing) and Lies of P (19 million hours of viewing) were in the top five. In total, the top three titles combined for more than 100 million hours of viewing, and if we count the top five, we have a result of more than 150 million hours.
