It's official: the E3 era is over! Organisers of the iconic trade show have announced that the show will no longer take place
The US organisation Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has officially acknowledged that E3 is becoming a thing of the past.
Here's What We Know
Unfortunately for many gamers, the famous Electronic Entertainment Expo, known as E3, failed to recover from the crisis and, despite the optimistic statements of the organisers, will not return.

There are many reasons for this: the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact, but the main thing to recognise is that the format of the show is outdated. Even in its best years, E3 attracted less and less attention every time.
However, gamers won't be left without high-profile events, as major developers have long since come around to hosting their own shows, and Geoff Keighley has provided a worthy replacement for E3 in the form of Summer Game Fest, The Game Awards, and a number of other events.
For over 20 years, the show has provided gamers with unforgettable emotions and a huge number of colourful announcements.
E3, thanks for everything!
