Another gender discrimination trial at US gaming company Activision Blizzard has concluded.
Here's What We Know
The court ruled that Activision Blizzard's senior management was guilty of infringing on the rights of women and minorities, treating them unfairly in the workplace and creating an unhealthy working environment in the team.
The trial fully confirmed all the facts stated in the 2021 lawsuit and ruled: the company must pay $54 million to the victims to settle the conflict.
In addition, Activision Blizzard pledged to equalise the rights and salaries of all employees regardless of gender, orientation and other personal factors.
