The Kingsley brothers, founders of Rebellion Studios and creators of the popular Sniper Elite and Zombie Army games, have been awarded with CBE

Co-founders of the famous game studio Rebellion, authors of popular franchises Sniper Elite and Zombie Army brothers Chris and Jason Kingsley received a high award.

Here's What We Know

Game designers were honoured with the Order of the British Empire and the title of Commander (CBE) - so the monarch of Great Britain appreciated the contribution of the Kingsley brothers to the development of the economy of the state and the video game industry.

In the future, according to the statutes of the Order, developers can apply for a knighthood. On the occasion of receiving such a high honour, Jason Kingsley even promised to buy a new sword.
