Baldur's Gate 3, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Cocoon are the leaders in the number of nominations for the GDC Awards 2024 Professional Awards

The organisers of the annual professional Game Developers Choice Awards have published the list of contenders for the Best Games of 2023 in various categories.

Here's What We Know

GDC Awards 2024 ceremony will be held on the 20th of March in San Francisco.

Please note that until 31 January there is voting in the "Audience Choice" category, where every gamer can express his/her opinion. In all other nominations only the verdict of experts will be taken into account.

Baldur's Gate 3 and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom are the leaders by the number of nominations - they have 8 nominations each, and their closest competitor is indie game Cocoon.
