Dragon's Dogma 2 will feature a race of anthropomorphic cats: developers revealed the character editor features

IGN portal together with Capcom released another video dedicated to Dragon's Dogma 2. This time the developers told about the character editor.

Here's What We Know

Game designers from Capcom paid a lot of attention to the fact that before starting the game users can customise the appearance of their hero in detail.

For this purpose they created a flexible and complex character editor, where users will be able to choose gender, race, skin colour, hairstyle, facial features, scars, tattoos, piercings and much more.

In addition, journalists said that in Dragon's Dogma 2 Capcom finally realised their long-standing idea and added the ability to play as anthropomorphic cats from the Battahl people, similar to the Khajiits from The Elder Scrolls universe.

For competent visualisation of Battahl the developers scanned the colour and coat colour of real representatives of the cat family and transferred the results to the game.

For those who do not want to spend a lot of time on creating a unique character, the developers have provided a number of ready-made heroes.

When We Can Expect It

Dragon's Dogma 2 will be released on March 22, 2024 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
