10 minutes of cancelled Call of Duty: Future Warfare gameplay released

We wrote that back in 2011, Neversoft, which is known for the Guitar Hero series, was developing Call of Duty: Future Warfare, which was supposed to take place in space. The project was cancelled, but only now have we seen the gameplay of that game. Initially, we were shown only a few minutes of one mission, but now we can watch the published 10-minute version.

Here's What We Know

The video shows a mission on the Moon. The game resembles a real space blockbuster, as it shows a lot of explosions and shootouts. And during these 10 minutes, the hero managed to visit the surface of the Moon, escape to the science centre, and then go back to the surface with his partner and fight back the enemies. So, probably, we would hardly be bored in this Call of Duty.

Flashback

The game could potentially have been released instead of Call of Duty: Ghosts, but in 2014 Neversoft merged with Infinity Ward, which can be considered the end of its existence. However, the authors' work was useful, because in 2016 we got Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, which partially takes place in space.
