Co-operative shooter Helldivers 2 topped Steam's weekly sales chart, overtaking Palworld in the process
Over the past week there were significant changes in the Steam sales chart and a new leader appeared.
Here's What We Know
The new shooter Helldivers 2 from Sony and Arrowhead Game Studios took the first place by profitability. Sales of the game for just a few days exceeded 1 million copies: gamers gladly destroy alien bugs and leave the most positive reviews about the game.
The second place was taken by the leader of the previous weeks - Palworld. Although the game lost to Helldivers 2, it is still very popular.
The third and fourth places are taken by the regular participants of the chart - Call of Duty and
Steam Deck.
Thanks to discounts, the famous western Red Dead Redemption 2 and the role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077, which needs no introduction, returned to the Steam sales chart.

Note that for the first time since its release, the highest-rated game of 2023, Baldur's Gate 3, dropped out of the top 10.
Counter-Strike 2, PUBG and Dota 2 were the most profitable conventionally free-to-play games of the week.
