Salvation has begun: the first patch for the failed Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection has been released

Immediately after the release of the failed Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection, Aspyr promised to fix technical problems and generally improve the quality of the re-release of the cult shooters.

Whether it will be able to do it - is still unknown, but the process has begun.

Here's What We Know

Developers from Aspyr released the first update for Steam-version of Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection, which focused on the following areas:

  • fixed crashes when joining multiplayer modes;
  • rebalanced the abilities of the character Asajj Ventress;
  • fixed layouts in control schemes;
  • fixed texture bugs and bugs on various maps;
  • fixed bugs in Hero Assault mode.

There are indeed a lot of changes, so we recommend checking out the game's Steam page for more information.

On PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch, the update is undergoing certification and will be released a little later.

The developers noted that they are already working on the second patch for Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection, which will also not be long in coming.
