According to the Twitter user @Genki_JPN, pre-orders for the PlayStation Portal in Japan are almost completely sold out, including Amazon, Sony Store, and others. The price of this portable system is 29,980 yen in Japan or $199.99 in the United States.
Since its announcement, PlayStation Portal has been heavily criticised for being a device focused on remote gaming, or rather streaming games from PlayStation 5 via Wi-Fi.
