Naughty Dog's lead designer assures that the studio has worked hard to add a lot value to The Last of Us Part II Remastered
On 18 November, Naughty Dog officially announced the native version of The Last of Us Part II for PlayStation 5. Although not all players appreciated the decision to remaster the game that was released in 2020, the studio's lead designer told more about how Naughty Dog worked on the improved version of TLoU II.

According to Arnaldo Licea, the team worked very hard to add significant value to the remaster. He also added that fans of fighting sandboxes should enjoy the new roguelike mode No Return. And the cut levels and developer comments will help to better understand the development of the sequel.
According to the VGC journalist, The Last of Us Part II Remastered is a project for new Naughty Dog developers to understand how everything works in the studio. And Neil Druckmann's team is actively developing the new game.
When We Can Expect It
The full release of The Last of Us Part II Remastered is scheduled for 19 January 2024. Owners of the PS4 version will be able to upgrade for $10.
