Sonic Superstars to feature Shadow costume from Sonic X Shadow Generations

During State of Play, Sega made a splash by announcing Sonic X Shadow Generations, an expanded remaster of 2011's Sonic Generations that will also include a new, standalone campaign centred on Shadow the Hedgehog. Although the game itself is still a few months away, Shadow fans will be able to feel its presence much earlier.

Here's What We Know

To celebrate the announcement of Sonic X Shadow Generations, Sega will present the Shadow costume for last year's 2D side-scrolling platformer Sonic Superstars. In a press release, Sega confirmed that this costume will be free for all players and can be worn in the story mode. The costume should go on sale on 15 February.

Where To Play

Sonic Superstars is available to play on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
