NieR: Automata greatly influenced the development of Stellar Blade, - says the game's director
Among the games that were shown at State of Play, Stellar Blade by Shift Up stood out. Probably, many people noticed that the game looks like NieR: Automata - and it is not without reason.
Here's What We Know

Other projects that have also influenced the development of Stellar Blade to varying degrees include Bayonetta, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and Ty's fascination with God of War, which offered a huge game world without being a fully open world, likely influenced Stellar Blade's semi-open world design.
