From $379 - Xiaomi announces global pricing for POCO F5 with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2

The day before, Xiaomi unexpectedly unveiled the POCO F5 and POCO F5 Pro smartphones. Today there was a full presentation, where we found out the prices. In this post we will talk about the standard model.

Here's What We Know

You can find technical specifications of POCO F5 in a separate article, and we will talk about the prices. The smartphone went on sale today, May 9, in white, blue and black colours.

The POCO F5 is available in two memory variants. Both have a 256GB storage capacity. The version with 8GB of RAM is priced at $379. For an additional 4GB, you have to pay $50 more.

It's worth noting that both configurations are available at a $50 discount at the start of sales, i.e. for $329 and $379 respectively. European prices for the POCO F5 will be announced later.

Of the highlights, let's mention the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor, a 64 MP main camera and a 120Hz OLED display. The POCO F5 is the global version of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which debuted in China late last quarter.
